This Balinese wonderland with its wooden architecture and tranquil atmosphere made me feel like a sophisticated penguin on holiday. The complimentary WiFi and parking were a nice touch too.
I had a blast dodging bag-snatching monkeys in the dark at night - a truly unforgettable experience!

The stay was absolutely really nice. That was quiet and stunningly beautiful hotel set in really cool area, just off the center through a path right next to the monkey forest which is very nice and easy, and the Ubud palace and lively market. The breakfast was delicious, had a wide array of options and the food was superb! Booked a room with ac. Affable staff and the location was great and pleasant. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible.

The guestrooms at Umaya Ubud Villa are absolutely comfortable and cozy, with 24-hour room service and air conditioning. Plus, free WiFi and bathrobes make it even more enjoyable. As someone who loves to relax and be pampered, this was a dream come true for me.
Personally, I didn't find the feature of having a shared pool very appealing. Although some may enjoy socializing with other guests, I prefer a more private swimming experience.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel near a famous forest filled with cheeky monkeys. The hotel's private pool was a fantastic addition, providing a refreshing oasis right outside my door. The staff were exceptional, always ready to assist and make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were well-designed and comfortable, allowing me to relax after a busy day exploring. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with traditional Balinese cake, a delightful way to start the day.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect.

Our stay at the tranquil haven near the Monkey Forest was very enjoyable. The friendly and well-trained staff made us feel at home. The private pool was clean and deep enough to relax in, and the outdoor/indoor shower was a fantastic and unique experience. We loved the delicious breakfasts and the choice of three menus and swap options. The location near the Monkey Forest was a bonus, as we enjoyed watching the curious monkeys roaming around. the villa was within walking distance of various restaurants and shops.
Our room's bedding was uncomfortable, and we could not get comfortable enough to sleep quickly. Softer pillows may have helped.

I loved staying in this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. It was in a great location, with lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. I also loved how it was so close to the Monkey Forest - I saw monkeys jumping on the rooftops in the morning!
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in Bali and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were unbelievably affordable and there were no extra taxes to worry about. It was a pleasant surprise. Secondly, the attention to detail in this hotel was impeccable. From the unique and stunning design of the rooms, using timber slats and branches, to the vibrant greenery and pebble showers in the semi-outdoor bathrooms, every corner was thoughtfully decorated. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated in a quiet area, it was conveniently close to the famous Monkey Forest and just a short walk into town. It was the ideal spot to explore Ubud.

Got a great deal on this place! The bed and pillows were super cozy, and the breakfast was top-notch, especially the banana waffles. The location was also mega-convenient, just a hop, skip, and jump away from the monkey forest and other cool places. Plus the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The room was so loud you could hear every little thing going on outside - neighbors showering, talking, even cats and monkeys. That made for a pretty unsettled night's sleep.
